Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between SEEKHAN CORP. (the "Company") and its members in connection with the use of the TAOL membership service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"Service" refers to the TAOL website and all related programs, features, content, and services provided by the Company.

"Member" refers to an individual or legal entity who agrees to these Terms and completes the membership registration process in accordance with procedures specified by the Company.
③
"Account" refers to the authentication credentials, including an email address (ID) and password, assigned to a Member for identification and access to the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to members.
②
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations.
③
If the Company amends these Terms, it shall notify members of the amended content and the effective date in advance by posting such information on the service screen prior to the effective date.
④
If a member continues to use the service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
⑤
If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, the member may discontinue use of the service and withdraw membership at any time.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Account Management)
①
Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and applies for membership in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

Members must provide accurate and up to date information at the time of registration. Any disadvantages arising from the provision of false or inaccurate information shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
③
Members are responsible for managing their own account and password and must not assign, lend, or share them with any third party.
④
If a member becomes aware that their account has been stolen or used improperly, the member must notify the Company immediately.
Article 5 (Service Provision and Modifications)
①
The Company provides the following services:
a. TAOL programs and related features.
b. Information and customer support related to the use of the Service.
c. Other services as determined by the Company.

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service as necessary due to operational or technical needs.
Article 6 (Restriction of Service Use)
①
The Company may restrict or suspend a Member’s access to the Service without prior notice if the Member:
a. Violates applicable laws or these Terms.
b. Disrupts or threatens to disrupt the normal operation of the Service.
c. Misuses an Account or poses a security risk.
d. Is deemed by the Company, based on reasonable judgment, to be engaging in inappropriate conduct.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Service and its content belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
②
Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
①
The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by force majeure, acts of God, or circumstances attributable to the Member.
②
The Company does not guarantee the completeness, integrity, accuracy, or fitness of the Service for any specific purpose.
③
The Company shall not be liable for any information, data, or results obtained by Members through use of the Service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Article 9 (Termination and Withdrawal)
①
Members may request withdrawal from the Service at any time using the methods provided within the Service.
②
Upon withdrawal, all rights to use the Service shall be immediately terminated.
③
The processing and retention of personal information following withdrawal shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court at the location of the Company’s principal place of business.
